About Business
Dr Patel was born in India, but grew up in sunny Buffalo, NY. He transitioned to Tufts University for his undergraduate degree and then to Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He returned to Tufts for his Orthopedic Surgery Residency. After residency he joined Calvert Orthopedics and Sports Medicine where he currently practices. Dr Patel has served in various leadership roles including Chairman of the Orthopedics Department and Chairman of the Operative and Invasive Committee at Calvert Health Medical Center. He currently is the Medical Director for the Prince Frederick Surgery Center. He has been voted Top Doctor in the state of Maryland for the past four years. He is a member of the Continental Who's Who.
