Transforming Lives Ajj Inc (Transforming Lives) is a community-based nonprofit organization committed to supporting disenfranchised members of the local community by providing a mobile food bank, mental health counseling and community outreach. Through community events, and weekly outreach programming, we successfully engage individuals and groups in the community to help them fulfill their immediate and short-term needs, while preparing them for long-term sustainable outcomes. Our approach to service provision is based on a faith-based mission to serve the community including the single parent families, the homeless, the children, the elderly and all those in need to create a collective change in the community
