About Business
St. Mary’s County Arts Council is a sub-granting organization, receiving funds from the state via the Maryland State Arts Council to re-grant for community events, public art projects, local schools, scholarships, and more. The St. Mary's County Arts Council Gallery & Gift Shop is also part of our office space and features the work of over 70 local artists. As a community gallery we offer a wide variety of handcrafted items such as pottery, paintings, jewelry, prints, books, scarves, greeting cards and much more in a wide variety of styles and price ranges.
