Starting back in 1992, Red Octopus is and always has been a Family owned and operated shop. Owners Dottie and the late Easy (her beloved husband who passed away in 2005) have always taken pride in the way things have been run. We pride ourselves in good customer service, in a warm friendly atmosphere, with some of the best artists in Maryland. When you come into our shop we guarantee that you will leave with a tattoo or piercing that was done in a clean sterile environment. We provide tattoo, piercing, Tooth Kandy and Eyebrow Microblading services.
