Dr. Phillip Russell is an optometrist located inside the Costco, in Brandywine MD. He's a very kind and respectful doctor who does thorough eye exams for glasses and contact lenses. He also sees children ages 6 and up. In addition, he does offer office visits for general and simple eye problems for a flat fee of $45 with or without insurance. Call or walk in the office to schedule an appointment, we tend to book up a week in advance and to verify insurance if you would like to use, we take some major insurances but not all.
