Hi there! Welcome to FYT Life. My workouts are a mix of high intensity interval sessions that blend cardio and strength training together utilizing mini resistance bands, kettle bells, free weights, and body weight. I believe a combination of strength and flexibility is important to the integrity of our muscles as we age so I incorporate stretching movements into the workout as well. I tailor your workout to meet your specific fitness level and offer a safe, judgement free zone to assist you in meeting your goals. I provide support, encouragement and motivation along with some laughter during the workout. I believe workouts are opportunities to shake off the stress of the day and reconnect with yourself in a positive manner.
